iAntenna 300 Firmware Upgrade How-To

Obtain latest firmware.
Download and "Save" latest firmware to your computer (files are listed on the right side of this page). Check that the firmware file is completely downloaded by comparing file size with the listed size of the file. Do not try to "open" the file, your computer will not recognize the file type. Please follow the directions below. |

Connect & Power
a) Connect power to the iAntenna system though the Power Supply. b) Wait at least two minutes for system to boot up. c) Directly connect between the iAntenna and the PC with an Ethernet cable (shown). d) Make sure the PC is set to automatically obtain and IP Address (typical setup). |

Load Firmware
a) Go to: http://192.100.1.20/system.cgi b) Enter username and password from the User Manual provided with your system. c) Click on "Upgrade..." button. d) Click "Browse" button. e) Select firmware from download location on your computer. f) Click "Upload" button. Wait for data to upload. (~30 seconds) g) Click "Upgrade" button. Wait for upgrade to implement. (~5 minutes) DO NOT TURN OFF POWER h) When done loading, test connection with known-good wireless network. |
 Click on "Upgrade" button.  Once selected, press "Upload". "Browse" then "Upload".  Confirm "Upgrade". |
